Southern Touch Fragrances introduced St. Augustine’s Forever Young in 1995. The company was founded by Wendy White Philcox, a Florida native and former Miss St. Augustine. Created exclusively for Southern Touch by a French perfumer, St. Augustine’s Forever Young is a light, floral fragrance with invigorating topnotes of citrus, cassis, and a touch of green nuances. An alluring all-natural combination of classic white florals—jasmine, rose, lily of the valley, and Karo-Karoundé—is tempered by woodsy, musky accords for warmth and depth.
With its beautiful, four-color package depicting imagery of St. Augustine and the mythical Fountain of Youth, the fragrance is a perfect gift for anyone who loves perfume or as a remembrance of a visit to this magical city located on Florida’s northeast coast.
Shortly after the fragrance launch, St. Augustine’s Forever Young eau de parfum was selected as one of only 20 products featured from the state of Florida on QVC’s “50 in 50 Tour”, broadcast from Cypress Gardens in February of 1995.Through the power of television, 800 bottles sold in 8 minutes. Some of those customers continue to order the fragrance 23 years later.
For many years the fragrance has only been available on a limited basis and sold exclusively through area shops and boutiques in the St. Augustine area. Now through this web site, many more customers can order and fall in love with this beautiful and unique fragrance.
